Product information – Beech sawdust
Raw material/wood type: 100%
pure beech, without glue, chemicals,
bark, etc. Unlike fir or pine wood,
does not contain resin
 
Water percent: Approx. 8%
 
Absorbency: Beech has the highest
absorbency of all wood types, and is
almost double that of fir or pine.
 
Economics: Beech sawdust is
economic due to its high absorbency.
 
Efficiency: Due to its high absorbency,

Ground – dust rinsed – sacked – palletised
Homogenous product – without splinters and almost dust free.
Delivered in 22 kg sacks and bigbags
Delivered on disposable pallets
Delivered as full pallets only, containing 30/36 sacks or 1 bigbag per pallet.

Environmental: Beech sawdust is
heat treated and is almost sterile.
 
Analyses: The Department of
Foodstuffs run analyses to check
for germs, yeast and mould fungus.
 
Salmonella free: All of the analyses
conducted by the Department of
Foodstuffs have shown ”Salmonella
not detected”.

liquids, after which it can be
environmentally correctly removed.
